Chantal Make & Take Bakeware Artichoke Dip
This is any easy dish to prepare and take to any type of gathering. Make & Take ceramic bakeware is the perfect item when you want to take a dish with to a family gathering or party.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mayonnaise, (not miracle whip)
1 -12 ounce (370 g) jar grilled Italian artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine the first the ingredients until smooth. Add ½ cup of parmesan cheese and artichoke hearts; mix gently. Spray the bottom of an 8x8” Make & Take pan with cooking spray. Spread the mixture into the Make & Take pan. Sprinkle the remaining half cup of parmesan and the mozzarella over the top. Bake for 30-35 minute in 350? oven until edges are brown. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
